TWorm-wheel offers the functionality for the inspection of worm gears. The program operates according to the master gear method. The nominal data needed for measurement and evaluation can be created by digitizing the flank of a master worm gear.

The following analyses can be carried out:
- Flank form topography
- Pitch and run-out
A comparison between the actual flank form topography and the previously digitized nominal data is carried out. The deviations are presented in normal direction.
